“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“Clean, comfortable, quiet room. However, there were spider webs in the window frame, a large poorly piece of patched carpet, and some noise from barking dogs. The dog vomit near the elevator was cleaned when we notified the front desk. We stayed two nights and our room was not made up between nights, although we could have requested fresh towels. The breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts we've had. We've stayed at other places in the area, and plan on returning to this hotel the……
