“The property was absolutely beautiful 😍. The staff were great, specifically Gary, in the lounge/bar area, and Marissa and Alaina, the night desk ladies. Gary continously made us feel welcomed, making sure we were taken care of during our dining times, and even spoke with us a bit on our last evening. Marissa spoke in length with us about the history and paranormal experiences as well as Alaina. They truly embraced the "Customer First" practice. Definitely will recommend and visit again. ”

“Clean. Quiet. Excellent front desk service. At check in, I always request a room that meets certain standards... (example away from the elevator in addition to a couple other things). This time the twist was the same for 3 rooms. The gentleman at the front desk met all my usual requests and put our rooms together. Small deduction for the tv remote having dead batteries. But I've learned to carry my own batteries when traveling. So it wasn't a problem. Great price. Definitely recommended. ”
