“surrounding seems not good enough！inside hotel is just OK. ”

“We chose the Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown because it advertised as walking distance to the American Airlines Center. It was PERFECT to be able to walk to the Center and back after a game. The room was quite large and the kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast was pretty good. Saturday's breakfast was GREAT with Tammy taking orders for customized waffles! We were bummed that the pool was closed, but all in all - a great hotel to stay at!”

“Location was great. They have a curtesy shuttle that will drive you within a 3-mile radius so I able to get a ride to American Airlines center and then walked back that night after a concert. I had an Expedia VIP perk of having $30 off on food but caveat being that when ordering room service, you have to pay an amenity fee which was $25 and the food was >than $30 so not sure the perk is useful when used in this way as I could get something way cheaper elsewhere. My preference is for beds and……

“Overall, everything is pretty good. I live on the 14th floor and can see all of Dallas through the window, which should be a very pleasant thing, but a thin layer of dust on the window has dampened my spirits.”

“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”
