“We absolutely loved the property and Olivethe girl that checked us in and waited the bar was absolutely wonderful the bathrooms in the room were brand new but for some reason we couldn't figure out how to get hot water”

“The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night.……

“Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay! ”

“A fantastic hotel in a stunning location. The rooms were modern with ye-oldie charm. The food was delicious. The bar closed early and the road a bit noisy, but this was ok after my night nurse and vodka! Get the train to Aberystwyth if you really must go there. ”
