“The Rittenhouse was fabulous! Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be friendly and provide top notch service from the moment we pulled up the driveway. We had a room with 2 Queen-size beds that seemed larger than pictured on the websites. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Lacroix was great and again, the staff was so friendly. The room was clean and decorated more modern/fresher than the photos showed. The photos made the rooms look so yellow but it was more neutral, like a light……

“My only complain would be that check in was a bit confusing and bc of roadworks it was a bit difficult to enter the property. Otherwise it was fantastic and will stay here again if I come back to Philly! ”

“This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.”

“This is a charming hotel in a prime location, within walking distance of most city attractions. The lobby restaurant has a lively and fun vibe and the food is great. I requested a quieter room, and while there was no street noise, I could hear conversations from the next room—though it wasn’t very bothersome.The rooms are small but perfectly adequate, especially for solo travelers or if you not planning to stay much time in the room.Overall, I highly recommend staying here.”

“We only stayed a weekend, but with how clean and spacious we wish we stayed longer. There were extra everything in the closet. The shower was awesome. The place was nice and cozy. The parking wasn’t so bad. And there are plenty of eating places within walking distances. We definitely recommend this place. ”

After booking, I called the hotel with some questions and the person i spoke with, Tina, could not have been nicer. She took the time to answer all my questions.
