“The staff was very friendly and helpful! the room was just around the corner from the reception desk which was convenient. At times in the evening we could hear a bit of noise . The breakfast was very good! The only compliant is this hotel is on the Eastside which made our travels to the central area a long way (for us) to travel. One must walk a few blocks to get the tram and then travel about 20 to 30 minutes to get around where all the good restaurants are and cancel rides, museums. ……

“Honestly the hotel went above an beyond to accomodate. We stayed in the wellness spa room with panaroma view and balcony .the view was great. Room had a good size jacuzzi and a sauna which was suprisingly good too. Due to an electical fault in the room we had to change rooms. To compensate we were upgraded to a suite.
