“Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. ”

“Gwynns Island is such a quaint getaway . Everyone is friendly and helpful. Peaceful and quiet, where you come together with nature. The cottage was perfect, well equipped and very inviting. We brought our fur babies and they loved it. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. ”

We enjoyed sitting outside either on the swings or in the Adirondack chairs on the pier. Even when it was chilly, we could enjoy the view from inside sitting at the dining room table, in the den and even from the kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean house. Would definitely return!”

“We had a lovely stay in Deena’s cottage. The cottage was super convenient to the car ferry, and we took many fun trips into Williamsburg and Jamestown with the kids. We enjoyed the private slice of beach right outside the cottage and kayaking with the kids in the river. Deena was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable and the check-in/out process was seamless. The cottage was well-appointed and the kitchen well-stocked and had everything we needed. Immediately upon entering the home I was meet with a stench and stiiffling heat of 84 degrees from the lack AC. The heat had been on since the last tenant. Upon inspection dishes were left in the sink, dish soap bottle empty, used sponge, laundry in the washer, bed were made by the last tenant but clearly slept in, floors here covered in grit a combination of sand and food from a child, a binkie under a……
