“This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.”

“This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.”

“Fantastic property and hosts! The condo is located right on the 9th fairway, with a great view. Very close to the main building, the pro shop, the different restaurants and the coffee shop. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the resort.”

“We got there the location is actually a little hard to understand, but we found it. The house is not the cleanest. It smelt like it was moldy. There was no coffee cups for the coffee. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper no hot water in the one shower and the other shower wouldn’t turn on at all. One towel and one washcloth and one bathroom Two washcloths two towels and the other bathroom the beds were very nice and clean, but overall not what I’m used to there was no book to tell us……

“Nice property, in a resort, so have to go through checkin onsite. The wristbands/keys didn't work on first attempt and tried 3 phone numbers, but none were answered so had to drive back to front office to get resolved. Its a nice place but be warned about the stairs, on 3rd floor and no elevator. ”
