“I really enjoyed the stay. The pool and hot tub I never got to use; but everything else was wonderful. Magnificant space for hotel room. The suite I stayed in was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you. I really appreciate the help. The clerk that helped me check in was very realistic, helpful, and a life saver. My only regret is my stay was short lived.”

“This property was in a business district and we were on vacation, so it didn’t vibe with our plans too well. We were just looking for a place for the night on the way to Las Vegas. It was close to an art district, but you still needed a car. We tried walking, but streets were deserted except for a handful of homeless people. I was disappointed. ”

“It is a good experience staying at Phoenix Sheraton Downtown, close to Convention Center and easy to get food when crossing the street.”

“We were staying there 4 nights and I was trying to do the laundry once. I went to the front desk to buy the 1 dollar to get the detergent, and I put 2.5 USD like 10 quarters in it. As a result, the washer didn't work. So I went to the front desk and the other staff went to the laundry room with me. The staff tried to put the quarters in it, then washer did work. How come? I put 10 quarters and I need to put anther 10 quarters to do the laundry. I told the staff I already I did put 10 quarters……
