“Staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“This is an older property, but it's going through a massive renovation, which is great. The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The king bed suite that I got is set up perfectly. The living area that has the outside door can be closed off from the bedroom, which completely silences the bedroom from outside guest traffic and noise. The Hole in the Wall restaurant has tasty food and excellent service. Everything was kept very clean. ”

“Seevice was better than expected. They provide transportation via golf cart from your suite to their Waterpark which is wonderful. Parking for the suite was horrible because it was almost non existent, had to park far away from our suite. Besides that I would definitely recommend this resort for a great family getaway. ”

“We were staying there 4 nights and I was trying to do the laundry once. I went to the front desk to buy the 1 dollar to get the detergent, and I put 2.5 USD like 10 quarters in it. As a result, the washer didn't work. So I went to the front desk and the other staff went to the laundry room with me. The staff tried to put the quarters in it, then washer did work. How come? I put 10 quarters and I need to put anther 10 quarters to do the laundry. I told the staff I already I did put 10 quarters……

“Tuve una estadía excelente el desayuno que incluye está súper bien muy completo y el chico de recepción que está de tarde noche nos atendió genial todos en general nos atendieron excelente pero el estuvo maravilloso super paciente y lindo ya que no hablo mucho inglés y el no hablaba español pero super empatíco y servicial”
