“Hotel caracterizado como 5 estrelas mas discordo desta classificação. O ambiente de Spa fecha muito cedo, as 18:00 e o salão de jogos é pífio. A cama do nosso quarto está bem defasada, demonstrando anos de uso e necessidade de substituição.”

“Hotel was quite nice but another hotel that was being renovated whilst we stayed so a lot of the common areas were not in use. Whilst I understand hotels need to remain open to keep the cash flowing whilst renovating, I wish hotels would make this clear when booking as there were plenty of other hotels we could have chosen instead or compared the price accordingly. Sister hotel was across the road which needed to be used. Location was ok. We were just staying for a few days so it was adequate……

“Brilliant attentive staff ,always smiling and happy to help. Animation team worked well even though it was quiet and didn't press you to take part. Pleasant evening entertainment. Very clean and tidy, comfortable room. Food basic but always find something nice to eat .”

“Basic but reflects in price. The rooms were absolutely freezing and there was no duvets provided, just a thin sheet and weirdly a curtain to cover yourself. It was so cold in the night my daughter was waking up crying, they really need some heaters or duvets. Lady on the desk was friendly.”
