“The place was great - the place we will stay when we come to Minnesota for hockey”

“Every time we have a business trip to Minneapolis, this is always our 1st choice. The location is great which is close to the airport and it is just next to Mall of America where we can eat various types of food and do some shopping. ”

“I was a bit shocked that it was "the policy of this hotel" not to check rooms and replace towels, even though a sticker on the mirror said Leave towels onbthe floor to replace, hang up to reuse. Front desk was prompt and extremely nice about providing day 2 towels.”

“The front desk staff was not allowing me to check in due to the name of reservation is different with the name on my passport. This was the first time I encountered such situation. Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved. ”
