“The check-in was great. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The walking path along the water is quite nice given the the road is very busy! The shopping and dining options near the hotel are not varied. ”

Il y a une cuisine commune très bien équipé avec plusieurs petits frigos, plusieurs laves vaisselles et plaques de cuissons. Il n'y a pas de piscine comme spécifié dans l'annonce ”

“Excellent room in a new (2022) building with wide stairs, lots of light, large bathroom and well-appointed communal kitchen.”

“They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! ”

“We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. ”

“I’ve stayed here before and the staff and hotel is great. Nice breakfast and warm comfortable feel. Sitting rooms with fireplace as well as exterior sitting areas with fireplaces. Pool and jacuzzi as well. I would stay here again!”
