“I booked this hotel due to its location so that I could take the RER to CDG. In the end, I ended up using a taxi because of my concerns w the manifestation planned for that day. “房間不整潔，我被蟲咬。過了一星期，手上的傷口還在。第二，位置遠。加上遇上罷工。只有巴士可以搭但該巴士只搭去巴黎北站去市區的巴士要走15分鍾重點是等到巴士的時候但太多人。。最終還是要走路第三晚上還有很多黑人聚集在外。”

“Poor service from night shift staff, morning team overall nice and helpful. Didn’t refill toilet paper, need to request twice. Requested one more pillow but end up need to wait next day (said full house and don’t have spare…..) Environment near the hotel is pretty chaotic but convenient to train station with walking distance 5 minutes only. ”

“The best staff is Asaunee, he is so helpful and kind to us. We had a 13 hours flight to have our first day of honeymoon, but we arrived too early that day. He was provide very good service to us, also very professional. Thank you once again! we had a great time during our stay.”
