“Bästa hotellet vi har bott på, personalen fick oss att känna oss unika. Vi checkade in sent men det var inga problem att få en välkyld cava flaska och en ostbricka med oss till rummet. Utmärkt service, frukost var super, poolområdet så fint 😍 Rummet fantastisk, rent och fräscha bekväma kuddar. Miljön runtomkring var magisk, hit kommer vi att återvända till så snart vi kan. Kan varmt rekommendera. ”

“Love the chill vibe in this hotel compared to what the craziness of Benidorm can bring . Another pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and come back to if in the area again . Saying that it does look a little more tired since we last visited two years ago, some of the rooms need refreshing and one of the rooms we booked had the patio doors all cracked ( which they changed rooms instantly, but they didn’t seem shocked to know either ) . ”

“All in all it did the job but not a wow experience. Cleaning was not good. Contact persons to the place was great polite and accessible. Would most likely not use this place again. But for youngsters it might be suitable. ”

“A gem of a hotel in Benidorm. Food cleanliness staff you name it it was great. Stayed before and it never disappoints. Reception staff were fantastic well clued up and resolve any issues immediately. Food quality exceptional. All diners in the evening had made a real effort and looked lovely.”

“Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . The price should include all services ( fridge and safe - put the price up if you need to ) Honour the request by the traveller or tell them it’s occupied at the time of booking ! Will……
