“We only spent one night at the new margaritaville in KC but we instantly felt like we were on island time upon arrival. Check in was quick (room was even ready a couple of hours early), rooms are spacious and designed well for functionality, and the pool area was amazing even on a packed day. “This is a hotel that you can use when you need to stop and rest for one night and go on your way. Wyndham acquire now “La Quinta Inn” they need to put some serious money into renovating this place from top to bottom. Yes the staff is friendly and the room was clean. They have a Buffett style breakfast which was really good. ”

“The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny. Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. ”

“The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have……
