“I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. It was a family weekend and the location was perfect with amenities suiting 65 yo to 2 yo. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Street car right by to take us downtown or just walk to the adjoining mall full of specialty shops.at Crown Center. The aquarium, lego land and union station all right there. Now the staff was the absolute……

“The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have……

“We've been here before and this visit was no different. We enjoyed our anniversary stay from beginning to end. Drinks on the rooftop were perfect. Dinner on site was one of our best ever; from appetizer to dessert. And the room we stayed in was very comfortable. Will definitely visit again.”
