“Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms. Comfortable beds and loved the dressing gown, nice touch. Good location for Home Park and central plymouth 15 mins drive. ”

“Had to collect the key from a different location which was a little irritating but the staff were very helpful so not all bad. Penthouse is spacious and clean with a great view out over the city towards the sea. One pretty major issue though - neither of the bedrooms had curtains or blinds so when the sun comes up at 04:45 in June that’s a massive problem! Why no curtains? Lack of sleep made my next day rather miserable. ”

“Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”

“Friendly staff, big room with clean bathroom. Let down by an underwhelming ‘complementary’ breakfast with nothing left an hour before the end of service. All juices and pastries had vanished. Allowed only one bacon or sausage roll each which consisted of literally one sausage and one bacon rasher. ”
