We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. Gaining initial access was WAY too complicated since you had to rely soley on app instead of receiving the code via text (since I was driving I couldn't access info ahead of time).
