“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The property is located perfectly in the middle of everything you might want to do from night life to dining and activities. The property and surrounding areas were very nice and safe, everyone we met was very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be planning to come back and visit again.”

“The beach was amazing. Restaurants around the hotel were wonderful. Only problem is the pool chairs get taken by people putting towels on the chairs and not showing up for hours to use them so it is difficult to get a chair by the pool with shade. This should be stopped by the hotel. ”

“This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.……
