“Large room and newly refurbished bathroom. Unfortunately it is possible to hear almost everything going on in other rooms and the common areas. Easy free parking and good location to reach the New Forest. I would stay here again”

“Older property with a pub below. We liked our stay except for the sloping roof (ceiling) room, where we kept banging our heads. ”

“Room was comfortable however the seagulls kept us awake every morning from 5am walking on the roof (Room5) There were a couple of examples where ingredients listed for food items on the menu were left out, proving to be a disappointment for some dishes. The gnocchi didn't have any chestnuts, The pancakes didn't have coconut yoghurt for example. More vegetarian options would have been welcomed.”
