“I was pleased and grateful that I was able to check in early. When I walked into my room on 3rd floor as to be the quietest floor, I heard a dog continuously barking. At first, I had to collect myself and make sure that was what I was hearing. I was correct. A dog right across my room. I called front desk and staff immediately made arrangements to move me to another room, as I was given an option.
