“This is a great property to view the launches as it's right at the south end of the canal. The property is nice and has plenty of space for at least 4 people. I did have a few hiccups with the door code, but management helped right away so only a minor inconvenience. You do need to pay the recreation fee to be in the property, but there is a fun chip and put 18 hole course on premise. Just a short drive over to South Padre Island. You have an unblocked view to the launch tower across the channel……

“The home is very spacious with a great amount of beds with a nice jacuzzi right next to the house which is always unoccupied or if their is people their all very nice all house neighbors were very nice and friendly. The balcony has a great view and the patio is very nice to have a view of the island and the south padre water.”
