“Incredible hotel stay! I don't believe we have ever had a better stay at any hotel. The newly remodeled Watercolor Inn is beautiful - everything is brand new, including the attached restaurant, Fish Out Of Water. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Room service personnel brought freshly-baked cookies every evening. Pool is wonderful. Location is very good, being a short walk to Seaside. We will never stay anywhere else on 30A.”

“Good location, shuttle service to the beach was a plus. A few restaurants within walking distance which were very good. The Turner Room was very small and the shower/ bathtub set up needs improvement. Also, we didn’t like the breakfast, too few choices and vegetarian. Overall friendly staff and lots of character to the place. Sam was very helpful and kind.”

“The property is kept very beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with just the right amount of items. The furniture in our living room (505) was very uncomfortable. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The dining room and extra sitting room and the 2 bathrooms were all very comfortable to have. I would have preferred a balcony and wish I would have known before arrival that one was not part of our room. ”
