“Conveniently located to all the favorite places in Beaufort, restaurants and Hunting Island. Easy parking for those traveling with a boat. Accommodations were comfortable for 2-3 people. Although it could sleep 6, seating for eating is limited to 2, and living room is small, seating 4. However, I did not come to lounge at the home, so for the price and location, all needs were met and exceeded expectations. Very clean and they allow pets! ”

“The neighborhood was a little sketchy, adjoining unit had music blasting, temp inside was locked at 75 degrees, towels and bedding stained, WiFi didn’t work and the smell was undesirable. The owner stopped all contact on the Vrbo site once we checked in. Wouldn’t respond to any requests for temp changes or clean towels and bedding. ”

“We had a wonderful stay, very clean, short walk to the beach or pool. We traveled with our baby and dog. I wouldn’t necessarily call the property “baby friendly” but it was definitely comfortable. There wasn’t a rocking chair of any kind, and I didn’t know how much we relied on one until we didn’t have one for our baby. Note to self in the future of things to look for. Plenty of floor space in the bedroom for her pack and play. And we all loved the porch and felt very safe for her to toddle……

“Short (3-night) stay for a quick anniversary trip. Loved the property, very comfortable with a perfect location for beach access and a perfect view of the sunrise right from the unit's deck! Really appreciated the Hunting Island pass; took advantage of that both afternoons. Will definitely come back to this property if we make another trip this way.”

“Fripp Island is an absolute gem! We had the best time exploring the vast, empty beach. It’s spotlessly clean and super convenient to get to the beach from the property. There are tons of birdwatching opportunities on Fripp Island and the nearby Hunting Island. It’s a birdwatcher’s paradise! ”
