“The hotel has undergone a total renovation since my last visit some years ago. The suites are spacious, very comfortable and well equipped to a high standard. The grounds are well tended. All the staff I met were extremely kind and professional, going the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. The location is excellent with views across the bay from some suites. The beaches and town are a short, traffic free walk away - steep, but well maintained tarmac paths. The complimentary pool and spa……

The rooms are very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is provided in the rooms with a small kitchen. Muesli, cornflakes, coffee and tees, fresh fruits and bread are available.

“Our stay at this hotel was amazing and we could not rate everything highly enough.
The check-in process was smooth and we were shown our room by a member of staff.
The room was a very good size and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, but the room did get a bit stuffy. The hotel provided a fan and the window opened for fresh air. The selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk was replenished daily.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff are a credit to the hotel.……

“This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good.”

“Very good service and breakfast. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately, we could not secure a room with the sea view this time as we had a family room.”
“I know it’s very easy to criticise a stay but we have stayed in most of the harbour hotels and this one lacks the sparkle we normally expect. Service was very slow and tables left uncleared for lengthy periods. Not blaming the good staff but they were sparse and under pressure. There were stains on the bed base and carpets and shower hard to use and this was in one the the most expensive rooms. We ordered room service one item didn’t turn up and the other was not what we ordered so again not……

Spacious room, stunning view from the room, tranquil environment, nice breakfast buffet (many fresh melons!!!!), everything was dreamy!!!!”
