“I like this hotel especially how it preserve the historical architecture and renovated it into a modern hotel. I appreciate that they let me check in early after a long flight. The only thing is that the cleaning lady forgot to totally empty the trash can left by the last person who stayed in the room. In general, I like my stay.”

“Property shows great potential. Staff were amazing, rooms were comfortable and restaurant was delicious. It seems like a crew of handymen need to spend a few weeks there however. Door stoppers were broken off in the room, one leaving a sharp metal for your toe to find in the dark. The spa is a good setup, but 2/3’d of the jets didn’t work. There was enough sand and junk in the pool to fill a bucket. The sauna wood is starting to rot and plans and wall are loose in many places”

“Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed. Good breakfast though. Bath ropes were provided on the day of check in. As we stayed for seven days, we asked for replacement after two days. But to our disappointment, we were told that it was out of stock . ”

“Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing. They were also people kocking on the door for a long time at 6am in the morning, we were to scared to open the door because we had no idea whom it was, it could have been……

“这里的早餐特别棒！还提供酒！这是我唯一一家碰到早餐有酒精饮料的酒店，这里的黄油煎蘑菇超级美味！！培根和鸡蛋也非常好吃！这家酒店是我出行以来碰到的早餐性价比最高的酒店！可能是因为这个酒店带有餐厅，总之早餐非常推荐！酒店的装修风格类似中高端快捷酒店装修。是我喜欢的Tiffany蓝的色调！房间提供我比较喜欢好喝的胶囊咖啡~性价比不错，酒店的位置也很好，地铁站就在酒店门口，打车去机场UBER10欧酒店附近就有28路。地铁出行，步行都非常方便。唯一的遗憾就是房间太小了！！太小了~~放不下一个大行李，挤得满满的！！！但是胜在房间干净新装修，床品也舒服。下次可以定一个大一些的房间，在同样的价位里这个酒店推荐，性价比高~”

“Un accueil , en français , chaleureux où l'on nous a fourni plein d'explications pour visiter Lisbonne . L'emplacement est idéal . Le métro Intendente devant la porte . Calme malgré le métro juste en dessous qui vibre un peu dans l'appartement mais vraiment pas dérangeant . L'appartement est propre , lumineux , bien agencé . La literie est excellente . Personnellement , j'aurai plutôt mis la télé côté " salon " plutôt qu'accrochée en face du lit . Le Top , sa terrasse privée . Nous ne……

“We booked the Lisbon Style Guesthouse but was upgraded to the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise until we noticed the toilet has smell of urine constantly. Sometimes the smell was so strong that I could still smell it when the toilet door was closed. I realised may be the sewage pipe was damaged and leaking. What a shame! Other than that, I'm satisfied for what I paid for... hopefully it's just for room 503 only.”

"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."
