“One of our favorite stays in Santa Cruz area!! Lynn is a fabulous host and has created an idyllic cottage - it was better than the photos… everything is new and lovely. It is very quiet and set back from the road. My adult kids (and their dog) joined us to attend UCSCz graduation ceremonies for our younger son. They slept on the pullout couch and we had the master bed. We liked having time to relax on the porch and the back courtyard. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Would definitely……

“The Cottage was perfect! Clean, so comfortable and the design and care put into it makes the small footprint live large. Very comfortable for three adults in our family. The kitchen has everything - even an InstantPot. Super close to town. We walked everywhere and hardly used our rental car. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year.”
