“Excellent hotel and staff. Location is good, a few minutes to the marina and old town. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was a bonus if you wanted to make breakfast etc. staff are nice and helpful, they helped us book a private tour for 8 of us as the others were fully booked. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate was a great idea, we would usually meet up in the breakfast room and have a coffee before heading out. Would definitely recommend the Roots Hotel. ”

Nous y étions en couple et ils nous ont collé 2 lits ensembles, donc il y avait une barre au milieu du lit, ce qui est un peu moins confortable ahah. Les instructions pour le check-in ne nous ont pas été communiquées comme dans nos autres hébergements, ce qui rendait le tout plus stressant, car nous arrivions tard le soir. L’emplacement est idéal! “Nice hotel room, easy and free parking, clean and variety of options at breakfast. Rang room service 3-4 times and no answer. My hotel room didn’t have tea/coffee refill filled correct, packets were left empty. When I asked the hotel they said we ran out and they’ll check and bring some up. They didn’t turn up. ”

“Loved the location. All staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from at Breakfast. We left early and would miss breakfast, but was given a bag full of breakfast bits to go...nice touch. The only downside was the swimming pool, beautiful pool but absolutely freezing...such a shame.”

“The drawback is if it’s rainy day, you won’t have much hot water for shower. The first night when we arrived at hotel was a rainy day so we barely had a hot shower. The host was super nice and will offer free breakfast. ”

“Great staff, Luana was the best host you could find. When taxi never came to take me to bus station, she called a friend who took me there and would not except any payment. Wonderful breakfast included. Would recommend it to anyone.”
