“Good space!”

“The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real.……

“Room was hot because AC unit was not large enough to cool the room. Property uses a non-fixed AC. Asked for support and was told that AC worked because previous guest did not complain. Asked for fans to at least help cool and fans were not delivered next day, only in third day. ”

“We enjoyed thoroughly our stay in Carmen’s garden apartment, it so private, quiet, and comfortable with the pleasure of viewing nothing but green through its French doors. It’s also in a lovely neighborhood very close to beautiful Washington Park with its arboretum and Japanese garden. A very special stay. ”

“Walking distance to many attractions, bars, & restaurants. The Light Rail LINK was close for transportation to & from the airport. The unit was as envisioned: clean & comfortable. Would recommend!!!”
