“Had great communication with host and very easy check in process. Place was clean and had great amenities. Cute kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster which definitely came in handy when it came to saving money on food! Parking close to building could be hard to find at times but worst case scenario you’re only walking 5 minutes around the corner. Neighborhood was nice, felt safe, quiet and only a 6 minute walk to the nearest coffee shop and 20 minutes away from……

“Very clean, great communication with property management. The only negative thing I have to say is there was a pair of dirty socks and a pet harness under the bed in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the property was extremely clean. The noise from the airport was very minimal. I would suggest a sign indicating where guests should park to avoid confusion and problems. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.”

“Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and even a grocery store which was very convenient. Host was extremely communicative and let……

“The apartment was large but had no air conditioning and no screens on the windows to open, so was stuffy. The location was easy to get to for sport event nearby and access to public transportation, but was not safe to walk at night. Neighborhood was not the safest area. The building was locked and the panel was on the outside by the door and a code needed to enter the unit also. ”

“We only met Moe but he was a great host. The place is clean and cozy. There’s a sauna, hot tub, and beautiful large bath. It’s 4 blocks from the light rail. Great place with easy access to downtown Seattle”

We were immediately impressed with the host and property. So much so that we extended our visit. We ended up staying in more than going out into Seattle because we liked it so much. Stay here, you will love it!”
