“I went to the address where my night's stay was to be and found no such place. The address took me to a park. Hotels evidently did confirm the property was a real establishment and changed me almost $100 dollars for nothing. I can't trust this service in the future.”

“Had everything I could need! Host was friendly, accessible and accommodating. I was very comfortable! Home is very clean and well appointed. Would stay here again when I'm in Seattle again! ”

“I was never communicated the location and had to chat with an Expedia agent to get it canceled. I ended up staying at a hotel by the airport instead because I got no communication back from the host within the week of staying there. They had requested ID one week prior and said my reservation would be canceled if no ID was presented within 48 hours. I did as requested and after that it was crickets. Very shady.”

“I actually didn't find this guest house, and the local taxi driver who took me there couldn't find it either. It was not a motel or hotel without any sign or lighting, and impossible to locate at night. I still don't know where it is now. The confirmation message from Expedia did not even provide me a street number, only 45th Ave S. Seattle, but what is the street number? After I booked this guesthouse, I drove all the way from Vancouver to Seattle, and in the middle of the drive, I got a……
