“Great location for our purpose. Select parking on the street while pay parking in the back yard. If you are picky, park and pay. If you like a challenge park on the street. Clean property on a corner lot.”

“My friend and I stayed for three nights. All appliances worked well, everything seemed well cleaned, and having the electric automatic lock, made us feel very safe during our stay.”

“We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. There were also a couple of nit picky things: drain in tub was broken/does not plug (so you can only take a shower), vent/fan above stove does not work, conditioner bottle was……

“We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. ”

“I hosted a small group of women for a retreat weekend. It was a beautiful environment to rest and refresh in. plenty of room for everyone, great view and very clean. Instructions were simple and not overbearing and the host was gracious, easy to communicate with and accommodating when unexpected snow hit.”

“The apartment is a large room with an excellent bed. There is a nice closet and bathroom. Although it is a lovely, woodsy neighborhood, the access to shopping and Interstate 405, are very easy. The owner is very kind and helpful.”

“Smaller than appeared in the pictures but very well accommodated. Host was very helpful and communicative with our questions. Very well set up kitchen for cooking.”

“The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store……
