“Excellent view of Lake Washington & City Skyline. Downtown Kirkland is a complete gem and you get there in 5 mins walking....so the location is also outstanding! Can't say enough kind words about Heidi...we had an extremely early flight into SEA from Maui on our check-in day and she was more than accommodating to help us get some needed rest before we met friends from the area. Her responsiveness was simply outstanding and is why I not only will stay here again, but have shown our friends the……

“The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. ”

“Our book was canceled due to overbooking the night before arriving. It caused us to change the travel plan and made big inconvenience. The owner called us for cancellation and said he will refund us but he did not even bother to start the process and didn’t respond the message and phone calls. To the end I have to contact Vrbo customer service to get the refund.”

“Lacks decor, charm and coziness. Seems sterile and corporate...run by Vacassa. Building is very contemporary and industrial. Great residential neighborhood but nothing within walking distance except a Traders Joe.No dining table, wine glasses and we ran out of toliet paper. Not sure why they need a desk and computer you cant use.Very acceptable accommodation for the price....and location.”

“Decent location to what we needed. But honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a 4 plex that someone redid in IKEA from top to bottom. It’s an older building with thin walls..so I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. First thing we noted was countertops and table were dirty from previous tenants. There were ants in every room with ant traps set up in the corners. Kitchen sink didn’t have cold water. We ran out of toilet paper after the first day. No washcloths. No kitchen towels. No dish……
