“Lacks decor, charm and coziness. Seems sterile and corporate...run by Vacassa. Building is very contemporary and industrial. Great residential neighborhood but nothing within walking distance except a Traders Joe.No dining table, wine glasses and we ran out of toliet paper. Not sure why they need a desk and computer you cant use.Very acceptable accommodation for the price....and location.”

“Great condo for our stay in the Seattle area! The condo is very well maintained and stocked with all needed supplys. Excellent views and the condo pictures truly represent it. We will definitely be back. ”

“The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. ”

“Overall this was a perfect spot to stay, it had everything we needed. My one and only complaint is that there didn’t seem to be anything close by as far as groceries, liquor store etc. we were from out of town and flew in so we didn’t have a vehicle. It really wasn’t that big of a deal though really! Can’t complain about much! ”

“The apartment was great it was close to everything. The host was great and checked it to make sure everything was going smoothly. The only recommendation that i would make would be a can opener. I will definitely recommend this place. ”

“Julia was a wonderful host! The condo was spotless. It was like staying in a treehouse in luxury! Very quiet and safe area to visit. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Took public transportation to Space Needle and pike market which was an easy walk to get to. Master shower was amazing! ”

“Pros: Great location, good layout, comfortable beds, responsive property manager, nice touches like shampoo/conditioner, q-tips, tissues, laundry soap. Cons: The space isn't decorated the way it is portrayed in the pictures on VRBO. It is decorated a lot nicer in the pictures, and based on the pictures we expected better kitchen provisions. Our biggest frustration was that the A/C was a single window unit that blocked access to half of one of the beds, there was no way of locking the window……

“Easy walk for us seniors to Bellevue shops and restaurants. Spacious apt in quiet complex. Well stocked kitchen with great cooking gear. Tricky set of stairs to enter unit, partial railing.”

“This was a nice unit. Our party of four fit in well. The location is very convenient for day trips into and around Seattle-we made it downtown in 20-25 minutes. There are plenty of local shops nearby for supplies, food, etc. Everything worked fine in the unit.”
