“I was check-in pretty late that night but the staff was very friendly and already prepare a room with the parking in front of the door, the room is clean and nice, comfortable bed, breakfast was good, the only problem I have is about the highway noise maybe the hotel is close to the highway, but it's not that big deal for me, other than that everything is perfect, very close to Fred Meyer, I can do something shopping before going back to hotel.”

“Great stay here, big selection on free breakfast with an in-house customized omelet bar! The rooms were clean and ready for us, staff was accommodating to our needs and helped us out right away if we had something that needed to be checked on or restocked. My family talked about how well priced this hotel was, we have stayed at more expensive hotels that didn't have 1/2 of what this one did! ”

“客房內無水可飲用，需要多次提醒才提供。房客沒有再預計時間4:30pm在一樓集合，因為客人是單獨出差，所以擔心在房內暈倒或發生意外，拜託櫃檯值班人員打給房客，但櫃檯人員拒絕內線聯絡客人，理由是會吵到隔壁房間。溝通許久決定要叫警察來處理櫃檯人員的拒絕態度時，櫃檯態度非常惡劣，快到５點旅館經理才出現幫忙上樓敲門找到房客。”
