“Like: room well-insulated, nice bar, great rooftop terrace, convenient location. Dislike: dinner buffet, worn-out lamps & furniture & carpeting in rooms. ”

“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”
