“What a great getaway! Private access to the beach and everything you need to feel at home. Security on site who were very friendly and helpful. Located near entertainment and food. Worth the stay and WOW, the view is truly amazing!!!!!!!! ”

“It’s a studio room that easily sleeps 4. There’s not much “hangout” space—no patio or balcony, but the location is amazing and the beach proximity was great. Wish the window that looked out in the ocean had been cleaned. It was so dirty we could really see out if it. Basically, this is a no frills place but served us well and the service by the management company was great.”

“David was a great host. The private cenote is very nice and relaxing. The jungle cabin is very basic if that is what you are looking for, no option for cooking. We enjoyed being able to unplug for the night and listen to the monkeys and birds from the nearby sanctuary. ”

“Very pleased with this cute little place. Tucked away but great location. Perfect for the single traveler! The property management was great and the staff are all friendly and attentive.”

“The Natasha condo was clean and neat. I was greeted with a generous welcome gift basket. The kitchen accessories were in great shape. The shower is powerful and hot! The bed was firm. If there could be some improvements, I suggest that the refrigerator be replaced with something newer as parts were missing. Also, the child sized sofa could be switched out for an adult version that could be more comfortable. A lamp by the bed would be helpful. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the staff was……

“My friends were a bit weary of me taking them down a dirt road into the jungle, but by the time we left, everyone was blown away. The Palapa was spacious and comfortable, built in a way that was showed true attention to detail, artistic talent, and an appreciation of the surrounding natural environment. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
