“Amazing Hotel staff ,location was right in the middle of Old San Juan. We walked everywhere we went. No elevator was a pain but manageable and very small rooms and bathrooms. Our door handle on the room was not secure and the bolts kept coming out of the door. Didn’t feel like our room was secure. ”

“We booked Navona Suites for a quick overnight stay in Old San Juan. Couldn’t have been happier with this gem. Clean, friendly staff and everything that you need. Great open spaces on each floor including a beautiful rooftop. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“We had a very nice terrace room on the Calle San Jose side of the building and the Saturday and Sunday night noise from a bar up the street was very loud well beyond midnight. They were having fun. That is my only complaint ”
