“I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. “Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2.
