Près des services, près de Penn Station (10min) en auto pour éviter toute confusion et frais (péage, stationnement chérant) à new york”

“The host was very nice and the property was comfortable. My only gripe is that is was pretty warm when we got in, but after the AC was running for a couple of hours it got better.”

“ I traveled from NY and was pleasantly surprised because on exterior it did not look like much. But it had all you need for a comfortable stay - heating, air conditioning (yes, utilized both, as the weather swung from spring to summer from day to day). Most importantly: clean and comfortable bed, hot water, and the WiFi is faster than anyone could ever utilize (I work in IT, so that was extra satisfying)I. Highly recommend for anyone who has business in New York and wants affordable but……

“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”

“I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”
