“Clean, new building was perfect for a family reunion. Nice breakfast Selection. It was disappointing that the bar in the lobby was closed Saturday evening. There is a grocery store, Starbucks and restaurant all within walking distance.”

Within walking distance to upscale steak restaurant and within easy driving distance to a wide variety (price and cuisine) of restaurants. Close and easy access to the highway system looping around Des Moines. Ideal for a business trip.”

“The property was well suited just outside of major traffic, and made for convenient walkable distances. Very solid and clean place. A slight ding comes from the internet throughout the whole building being very poor/non existent. ”

“In town for a quick 2 day weekend with a friend. Picked the handicapable 2 bed suite. The room was gigantic with plenty of space to lounge and spread our stuff out. Kitchenette looked solid but we didn't cook so can't comment on that. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedroom AC vent provided ample ice cold air for quality sleeping conditions. The only two downsides were that the bedroom did not have overhead lights, only a small table lamp, and the bathroom shower assembly was……

“Very nice newer hotel 5 minutes from the airport… 2 miles away is a nice “ suburb” with lots of dining options… very safe area… hotel was very well kept, king room was spacious and love the fridge and microwave in the room! ”
