“The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room. “I need a place to sleep and shower while I helped my son move. Out early on the morning, back late in the day. I get well cared for here. Sparse breakfast that I get on my way to eating with my son. No bells and whistles, just reliable and a place to get recharged ”
