The owner provides complete and detailed instructions that cover all areas of the home and neighborhood. My wife and I and our adult children stayed here for a family wedding, and all of my kids and their spouses loved the house.”

“Everything was great. Peaceful neighborhood, close to beach as advertised. Lots of good restaurants. My only complaint was the bed needs to be at least a queen not a double. Other than that we liked it.”
