“The hotel itself and our room were very nice. My only issue was that upon arrival one of the two tv's in the room didn't work and there was no hot water. We reported this to the desk after we got settled in the room and then went out to dinner. Upon our return from dinner (more than 3 hours) both items had been repaired. Even though it shouldn't have been that way upon our arrival, it was promptly fixed and didn't disrupt our stay. Staff was very apologetic and would have moved us to a……

“It was a very good stay. The only concern we had was the tub/shower; it is a true safety hazard. Because of the soft water (which was appreciated), the tub was very slippery. Glad we are not any older or feebler or it could have been a problem. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.”
