“I didn't realize there was part of the property occupied that wasn't rented but the person there was respectful and we hardly noticed them. Loved the view and location, we got to see a bobcat which wandered around the home which was exciting for us and the kids. ”

“Older but comfortable. Pretty clean. Needs new pillows and bedspreads do not go with decor. But there is a homeless man nearby who shouts every morning about 5-6am. Not great. But when he is not shouting or telling the frogs to shut up, the sound of the frogs at night is very soothing. ”
