“I had read mixed reviews about this property and was hesitant to book it but decided to take a chance. I’m glad that I did because it has been a GREAT stay. The rooms have been remodeled and - although it’s not upscale - EVERYTHING is thoughtfully functional: comfortable beds (with extra blankets in case you sleep cold like me), bedside tables with plenty of options for plugging in electronics, double room-darkening curtains, individual heat controls for each room if you have a multi-room……

“This was a fantastic stay! The Arch Cape beach house was perfectly located, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. The host was communicative and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for your immediate response to all my requests and questions prior to our visit. This was a perfect space for our trip. I’m just sorry we didn’t get to stay longer. I highly recommend this property.”
