“Our room was missing bath towels. We called the front desk & a very friendly gal answered and said she’d bring them right up. Not only did we receive the towels promptly, but they were warm!”

“The staff and property are well worth the price but the area doesn’t feel safe. There is a bus stop across the street where homeless people sit and watch you as you check in. They approached me for money and/or something to drink. It’s not a good feeling to be watched as you prepare to leave your car unattended for the night. ”
