“Some construction going on, I know that can’t be helped. Looked a little dated and to get in and out was difficult but the people were great. Elizabeth esp. she took the time to make sure all my questions were answered , addressed and taken care of. ”

“This property is very well managed. It is spotless and fresh. The breakfast is quite good for this market. The attendant is there at all times, refreshing the items, which are above average. The staff is super nice. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and freeway.”

The hosts and staff were very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood of Asheville is spectacular and this home is elegant and special. ”

“This is a great property! Cleanest place we've stayed in a long time. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. No pressure to valet. No false friendliness to get a tip. The young lady at the coffee bars was so nice. She gave me several suggestions about out visit to the Biltmore and suggested the back stairs tour, which was a great. The night manager, bell man and everyone were exceptional. You get a breakfast basket every morning at your door!”

“Very cool vibe / decor; liked the rooftop bar; good service /accommodating. Only negative is the parking fee is unclear. There are paid parking signs, but it’s not clear if all the lower level parking area is subject to the $16/day fee, or only the slots immediately facing the hotel. It’s also nor clear who manages the parking — the hotel? the city? I was told that if I didn’t scan and pay my car might be towed, but it wasn’t clear by whom. This could be an Ashville thing out of the Radical’s……
