“The hotel was first class. I would have no hesitation to recommend it. They were tops in customer satisfaction, and could not be more helpful. The staff never used the word “no” and nothing was too much trouble. They bent over backwards to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. “This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. ”

“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“This place is amazing. It is located inside the walls of the palace. You have to park and walk about 1/4 mile. There are no cars inside the walled city. You are staying in a modern room inside a midieval castle. It's pretty dang cool. ”
