“We stayed here for several days with two teenagers, two grandparents and two parents. The rooms and bathrooms are so convenient and the layout of the entire place is lovely. The check-in process was very easy and everyone is so nice! Everything is within a very short, walking distance, including the pool, restaurants, and of course, the gorgeous beach! We had a little trouble finding the place, (we were driving ourselves in a rental), and we called Ms. Pat and she stayed on the phone with us to……

“The seller listed it in higuey, which ended up being in Punta Cana an hour and a half away. The house condo cannot be found not by maps or Google driving directions it is situated in the woods away from civilization we’re all the action is. This is not an ideal vacation home to take your family to in fact it’s scary you will feel like you are staying in the projects. We stayed one night out of four nights of which we paid for. The seller has an agent who doesn’t care about the sellers……

Antonio, Frank, Jessica, Johana and Nina are always the perfect compliment to help make this the most relaxing vacation we have..No need to worry about anything , it's all taken care of for you !! 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms makes a great option for all to have private space. “My family and our friends had an incredible experience. The house was spotless, with a fantastic layout and prime location that felt very secure. We would absolutely love to come back again!”

“Okay. Where do I start? Cockroaches throughout the apartment. Bathrooms smell like sewage. Both pools were unusable (one was closed and emptied out and one had a broken filter and was full of mold). Beach was not private as is listed in the ad. If it’s private then there sure are a lot of people casually “sneaking” on and off of it. PROPERTY WAS FULL OF CONSTRUCTION WORKERS.
