“The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The place is decent I booked two apartments. Upon checking in the receptionist on the evening of Sunday April 20th 2025 lacks customer service. My buddy and I walked into the office and she carried on with her conversation like she did not see us though I acknowledged her when I walked in. After checking in another lady walked us to the apartments but only provided towels for one apartment. The you lady said she would be back with the towels for the other apartment. An hour went by I informed……

“I didn't use the entire apartment, but it's spacious and clean. I had no issues checking in or finding it. I had pool access. Wifi was great. Alejandro was the person I frequently chatted with for help. He was so nice and helpful! I asked for a late check-out and he was very accommodating and timely. The area is very safe for a solo-traveler. Neighbors were quiet and nice. It was a very relaxing stay!”

“Recently stayed at the Lumina Palms for 1 week. Location was good, walking distance to Punta Cana village, security was amazing, felt very safe, very close to the airport, was quiet, beautiful pool and surroundings and communication with Alejandro was great. My dislikes….was outdated, ceiling fan was covered in dust, repairs need to be done in the kitchen and the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. I understand that it is not a hotel but they only provided 2 small towels and only a sheet as……

“Nice relaxing place. The one thing I dislike is the fact that they made pay 15 dollars a day for electricity. I wouldn't mind that id thwy had told me from the beginning that i was going to pay for it. They waited one day day before i had to leave. That was my only complain. My power went out at 12am.”
